Just a quick question, to see if you're familiar with the only document that authorizes our federal government to even exist (and being the sole mechanism which empowers and limits it, as well).
who are the following?
1. amendments 1 and 4, and other places refer to "the people", to whom does the phrase refer?
2. Article 1, Section 8 authorizes "To borrow money on the credit of the United States". Who is "the United States"?
3. Article 4,"Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State." What is meant by "State"?
