Hi Andy. I don't believe that genes are to blame. A complicated mix of upbringing and socialisation mixed with poverty and deprivation create the conditions for crime. It's a societal problem concerning human relations and attitudes and most crime I would say is linked to the monetary system in which we live.
Hi Shinkicker, I agree mostly... but don't you think genes play a role? I think since genes are not entire responsible, gene replacement would not be effective that much. A crime free world is therefore a Utopian concept.
If you want a crime-free world, have one person kill everyone and then commit suicide...
... OR repeal all laws.
