I'm sad to say that I'm from the same state that this Boehner joker is operating.
He's trying to get all the Republicans and Tea Partiers to rally behind his idiotic proposal.
"Hey, here's how we're going to cut spending - I'll give the president $1 Trillion today, followed by hundreds of billions later... but, daggunit! We better cut out $90 Billion each year for the next ten years! Overall we expect to cut the $1 Trillion deficit by $22 Billion in the next 10 years ... that is... if we don't sell our souls again..."
Basically he gave the prez 10 bucks, and says, now, every year you have to give me a penny! And then you have to give me that $10 back... unless within that 10 years' time we decide to give up again.
This is the best the Republicans can do? THIS is the culmination of this months long debate on spending? 10 pennies a year?
