Mr. Buffet isn't quite the humanitarian he'd have us believe! There's really nothing preventing these rich people from paying as much tax as they want, except their own greed!
Mr. Warren Buffet is a hard-core capitalist and relies on media to influence public. He undertakes every other manipulative policy to bring asset prices in his favor... like any other capitalist. There is no reason to believe that he is a philanthropist.
