I was perusing the news this morning, and I came across news of a terrorist who went around starting 52+ fires in one city alone.
He was a foreigner and he even declared that he hates America.

He doesn't deserve a trial, and should be locked away in a dungeon.
Yes, I'm being ironic.
"Terrorist" is just another word for "criminal".
Everyone deserves a fair trial no matter what their crimes, it gives their punishment validity and it provides an opportunity for everyone to hear the facts, hating America is no crime (indeed its becoming a worldwide trend) so a trial need to be held to determine his guilt on the arson charges.
how can you know someone is a terrorist unless you have a trial?
You're a Funny Guy... Lots of Foreigners don't like the US... ironically!
In fact... Mr. Jahir El Masarani wrote to the new Iraqi government in an attempt to get the US to fix up all 3 of his properties and his family vehicle, which had all suffered in excess of 53 US bullet holes!
No one have the right to take lives of innocent people. I feel when it is confirmed that a person is a terrorist and has committed hideous crimes, he can be shot dead without any trial.
"TERRORIST DOESN'T DESERVE TRIAL"
Then how can we be sure they did what they are accused of?
In other words, I agree with you; if I've read your op correctly. Not sure, still working on first cup of coffee.

I think they should be tried where the crime occurred. I think we New Yorkers deserve to some kind of justice at long last. We did not get the Towers rebuilt immediately like we should have. The leaders of this City gave Osama Bin Laden his final victory by replacing our Towers with some...

His trial is finally starting; they're picking the jury. This one is of huge interest to me.I can't imagine any feasible defense he can put forth, yet he's trying, and the stupid legal system is gonna give him free rein to be his own "lawyer". I would think...
