How can people care for animals more than they care for other people?
Really I know some reasons such as they don't talk back, they have uninhibited and endles love, they are forgiving etc.
But it saddens me that we can care more about the lost or stray animal than the orphaned or unwanted child or unemployed and/or homeless adult.
How can we expect or will we expect to be cared for with dignity in say, our senior years or when we are injured if we can't seem to concern ourselves with our fellow humans?
