      Interesting.
      
      It was all the rage to be pro-choice in the era of Roe v. Wade.
      That tells us either Mrs. Romney is a woman of principles (party be damned) or she saw political advantage in espousing such a policy.
      
      Don't know the woman and don't want to presume. However, ... IF the Romney apple doesn't fall far from the Romney tree (or vice versa), Mitt's mom is no doubt now expediently pro-life, anti universal health care and any/all previously opposite positions her son espouses today. Not because she believes any of these positions or even that her son should believe them.
      Anything to help little Mitty win the election.

   Actually, MM...people liked his dad too. He was Republican, but a friend to unions and working people!
   
   I think his mom really WAS pro-choice....as was Mrs. Ford, remember? She marched for the ERA, even when her hubby was pres, and was against it!
   
   What happened to the Republican women??

   Do you know, it just struck me thinking about this...imagine, having to march for equal rights....for civil rights.... just to be considered equal....
   
   No wonder these guys focus on abortion and religion and all that...
   
   They have never had to march for any rights! It was always just handed to them.
   
   Taken for granted.
   
   wow....I can't even imagine it now! Imagine! Marching to be considered equal...and still we fight this.

      Well, heck.
      My net worth hasn't leapt by anything remotely close to that during Obama's terms.
      But I, too, am worried about redistributing it (paltry as it is).
      I worry about greedy capitalists who are stealing from me -- insurance companies and mortgage companies top my list.
