   A new report by a Tennessee congresswoman reveals the Transportation Security Administration is hiring child pornographers and pedophiles.
   
   
   The report originated out of Tennessee Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn's office.
   
   Blackburn said America needs to know if the people who are supposed to keep air travel safe are dangerous themselves.
   
   Moments before heading through airport security, Memphis traveler LaDonna Jones admitted this report gave her an uncomfortable feeling about the possibility of a pat-down.

   House rejects proposal to strip TSA screeners of policeman-like uniforms
   
   Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) proposed the language as an amendment to the Department of Homeland Security spending bill. The amendment would have prohibited the department from spending any money to provide TSA screeners with official-looking uniforms.
   
   Blackburn said TSA had spent more than $1 million in taxpayer money on badges alone since 2009. Worse, she said, evidence is mounting that TSA screeners often abuse the impression that they are officers with authority, and noted some cases of rape and other abuse of passengers that has led to dozens of arrests.

   Actor William Shatner, 81, this week recounted a hilarious version of what he says happened during a pat-down by a Transportation Security Administration worker at LAX before he boarded a flight to South Africa. Shatner says when the agent patted down his waist area, his pants fell down.

   Unfortunately, so does law enforcement, the medical profession, the military, congress, fire departments, and every other field despite rigorous screening methods - Actionable violations of the law where adequate proof exists should be prosecuted regardless of whom commits the act and where the infraction occurs -
   
   With that said, at least the primary objective of the program has exceeded all expectations to date, ZERO new malicious airport related major events have occurred under President Obama's tenure as a direct result of intermittent pre-boarding electronic safety precautions - Just one of many tremendously successful protective measures and life enhancing accomplishments implemented during said administration with presumably many more to be documented in the future -

      That would be an enormous improvement over what occurs now.
      
      
      
      
      The only terror plots disrupted by the government has been those actions which the government initiated.  All other terror plots have been foiled by civilians or the incompetency of the terrorists themselves.
      
      
      
      The TSA groping began under Bush, why would the current administration take responsibility for it, why would they want to go down in history as starting such a heinous operation?

         President Obama once inaugurated, had a choice to continue to implement, augment, or terminate the program, he essentially chose the former resulting in ongoing success -
         
         Just the mere presence of TSA officers coupled with highly visible technologically advanced electronic surveillance equipment will deter a certain amount of mal-intended circumstances - To assert the TSA has never interrupted, thwarted, nor discouraged illegal activity at our nations airports is not a totally accurate statement -
         
         Infractions of the law will occur everywhere around us and should be prosecuted as I stated previously -
         
         If a person is physically groped by a police officer, or fire fighter, or medical professional, or congressman (woman), an unfortunate situation which happens much more frequently verses at the airport, do we simply terminate the entire public service or exercise a reasonable solution by separating the good employees from bad?
         
         Millions of air travelers use airports every day and as usual, to support a 24/7 news cycle, all the publicity is allotted to the salacious exception and not the norm -
         
         I'm willing to wager heavily that if you study the "Grope to Non-Grope" ratio I'm confident the numbers would justify a continuation of the program -

               So be it RB, your right to an opinion is of course your prerogative -
               
               Regardless of the number of protective layers, impenetrable defense is unfortunately never realized at any venue be it airport, shopping center, concert event, olympics et al -
               
               However, I do feel exceedingly more safe and comfortable when I fly primarily as a result of TSA monitoring - If a minor inconvenience such as this is the co-admission fee including air fare, all well and good -
