‘If One Word Could Change Your Life’: Profound Poems of Hope and Life Circles: About True Friendship; by Pearldiver, delivers an awesome and inspirational message that was written to emphasize the importance of friendship and how being mentally positive can change your life and the lives of those around you.

Sharing that exercise with others and helping them in the same way. About having the power to change your life, your world and our world, by believing in yourself and living with a positive attitude.

It might even just be about... what it means to be in love, or rekindling a love! What would you like this unique poem to be about? From outside the box; please enjoy this special poem of hope. Enjoy and .... Find The Word That Will Change Your Life!

Smile and Life is like a Carnival...

* If One Word Could Change Your World.*

If I could change your world

With just a single word

And treasure its power…

Its meaning, the energy you see

Take a simple, single word

To live your life by

One word to shape our lives

And to improve this world

One word to make

Immeasurable difference:

One single word

What would it be?

If I could change your life

With just one positive thought

And make it happen…

Help it grow, to create its own reality

Take a positive, creative thought

And change our world

One active thought that others

Can embrace, share and be

A loving thought

Built on one word I know:

One single word

From deep inside, memory

For if I could give you

One single word to change your life

Treasure its power…

Its true meaning; all its energy

And make it happen

Help it grow, make it reality

Lovingly wrapped, just for you

Given, to change this world

For if I could choose one

Needed word just for you:

One word and I...

Would be: Happy!

Hi SimpleJoys... one does not require a lot of talent to echo the beat of a caring heart... I believe the talent really lies in one's ability to show one's heart in a manner that allows other hearts to care. Thank you for your compliment though, as when they are from the heart, as yours is, they are sincere and confirmation that other hearts also care.

You fight positively every day SJ and every day then has a greater purpose and meaning! I am really Happy that you have found a little of that purpose within these words and what they represent... take as much as you require from what is on offer; the cost is but appreciation of the purpose of the words... I write in the hope that my words find a home where best they will be cherished... thank you for applying them so positively and lovingly... take care, as always endurance leads to happiness... PD

Hi Prisana, sorry about the lateness of response to your welcome and positive comment.. Yes I read your piece and 'happy' certainly was the right word for its message... Cheers for your thoughts and for taking the time to appreciate my presence in this world... how could I not be happy, if my words truly have the ability to change the life of someone positively? Thanks for your support and your presence... take care.. PD

You are so very talented! Happy is a great state of being. I can even be happy fighting cancer. I am still here with my loved ones. I am still experiencing the greatness of life and the beauty of the world. I have days where I feel lousy, but actually I am still HAPPY. Thanks for this lovely poem.

I just edited a poem that I wrote a few days ago and changed one word from "strong" to "happy" and then a few seconds later, read your poem and thought how funny that your one word was the one word that I thought was also perfect. How funny these random or not so random coincidences. Really appreciate your positive take on everything! Happy!

Hi Cris... glad you liked this poem, I really enjoyed writing this one and it is a popular read throughout the world. If one word could change your life, would you remain loyal to it and ensure that it empowers you in the true sense and purpose of that word? It is a very simple yet effective way of changing one's perspective and once that has happened you choose a new word, always raising your objectivity, in a similar manner to a high jumper and their bar... set a new goal.

Hey you don't have to follow me.. you are most welcome to jog along beside me.. thanks for your kind words and for the share Cris (and the hugs of course) cheers.. you take care.. PD

Cool... then it's true what I said about the word 'Happy' - it has the ability to be profound and sublime at the same time, when it parties with the right crowd of words... lol. Glad your heart reminded you to be happy Candie!! "-"

Hi again Candie, yes it is indeed. I have another cycle for you to consider also.... it's called 'Patience' and I hope you notice your mention and link within the text... I believe I had mentioned that I was writing this special poem in memory of Greg.. those words came from within also... take care.

Hi there Candie girl, glad you took the time to read this piece as it really is a poem that gets lots of people thinking positively. All the answers are right, if they fit the consideration of the thought taken here. I believe happiness starts from within and as a result of one's attitude and openness. Thanks for your positive comment Candie.. Hugs back! You take care and cheers for your support..... PD

I got to reading this and tried to think of what word I would give. I'm torn between Compassion and Gratitude. They both go hand in hand, with getting outside ourselves.. Then (in my opinion) happiness happens. That's what I would give. Hugs PD! You amaze me every time I visit!

Hi Silent Reed, thanks for reading this work and your comments. The word you seek may well be 'kinky!' But then this was not about me finding words that suited others who can so openly define what they are looking for. In life, I believe the best things are found when least searched for. I'm sure your 'right' word will also be found that way! For the purpose of this poem and the one it was dedicated to... the right word was 'Happy!' Cheers.. Take Care.

If one word could change my life what would it be ?

      ....hmmm

Nothing complicated and definitely nothing profound

I leave that to the religious and the seriously inclined

Life's too short to dwell upon the vast and immeasurable

I leave that to God and to the many nut cases at the religious forum

It has to be simple and easy on the tongue

A little bit naughty with sexual connotations

      so with these parting words

I leave that to your imagination ;))

Hi dallas, thank you for reading this poem of hope and your great comment. Happy is not so elusive if you have a dictionary, is it?

Did you consider that this poem was perhaps a poem of love for a sad person? As I said in the introduction, the poem can be interpreted in many different ways, yet the words remain the same! Sorry, I was in a deep place when I wrote this poem and I wanted to see how many ways people would/could interpret it.. all the answers so far are right and very apt. Thank you for yours.. take care.

Hi Doug, thank you for reading this poem of hope and for your comment. Levitation is a great skill, yet one which I believe occurs in some cases; just before the crash! As a well practiced astral planer; I have found levitation to be most interesting and certainly does give a unique perspective on what we consider 'life' to be, as we realize that it is but our energy that fills and motivates that vessel or body below. Yes, Levitation would also give us the ability to rise above the pain or the lack of humility in this world. Cheers Doug, use your skill wisely like a smart trout; in that way you will never levitate towards a fly! Take Care.

Peace is within you mate.. so many of us can see your peace shining far brighter than your turmoil.. it is a prerequisite to writing poetry isn't it? I must listen to my own words!! Hi schoolmarm, thank you for reading this poem of hope and your comments. Clearly, there is a lot in a word, isn't there? This poem can take away the negative influence of others who would, by their standards, consider it strange that another described themselves so wonderfully in a word!

Perhaps young children can also learn to be who they feel they are in a word. It is a great way of teaching others not to put up with those who they perceive to be in judgment of them. So... be phenomenal and always share that with others. I'm sure that in no time people will tell you that you are!

My rational is: That if there are So Many Individual Words that can best describe negative people.... Why don't we emphasize single words to describe positive minded people?

      Good On You!! Take Care.

I love this! My word is phenomenal - I've always loved to say it and it always makes me feel... well, phenomenal! :o) I have to admit I thought people would find me a bit strange for loving my word so I have only shared it with my daughter - until now. I'm thrilled to have found your wonderful poem. Thank you!
