What are the best ways to handle a crush?

It all depends on how confident the woman is. Men love woman who are confident in themselves. Now a days a man prefers the woman to approach them. It just all depends in how you do it. Never just blurt out "I have a crush on you". Lol Start out as friends joke around with him test your boundaries with him. Than observe him, pay attention to how he acts with any of his other female friends. Than try one on one "dating" like asking him to lunch or to the movies. Try and keep it friendly. Once you feel he may have a crush on you. Go for the gold and tell him. If he doesn't feel the same act cool and calm and try and make a joke of the matter. If he feels the same well congrats:)

    Hope this help.

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you; I had a super full weekend.

To answer your question, if he hasn’t made a move, then you must catch his attention in a subtle way. I would plan ahead. First read “Traits of a Fascinating Woman” (my latest hub), for inspiration. The most important trait to practice is: Moving Beautifully. I cannot even begin to tell you how many men have told me they love a woman who moves well.

Next, find a way to engage him in a brief conversation. For example, whenever you are in the same space with him or “find” yourself walking toward him, you must make eye contact, smile warmly, and hold his gaze until you feel slightly uncomfortable (4 to 5 seconds). Then say, “Hi.” If he responds in kind, ask him a simple question, thank him after he responds, and then give him a sincere compliment - such as, “I love your suit.” A few things can happen: He may strike up a conversation with you (good news!) because he gets to experience your great personality; he may be intrigued and wait to approach you at a later time (still great news - you’ve got him thinking about you!); he may avert his eyes, look uncomfortable and preoccupied (bad news- he isn’t interested).

If you suspect you’ve captured his attention, walk away after you’ve exchanged a few pleasantries. (Yes, I just said that! You must retain a little mystery and you do not want to talk too long – that’s what a date is for.) During this entire time, you are remembering to keep your shoulders back and your chin up. Always! Good posture is everything because it sets you apart! Now, after having walked approximately 20 feet, stop, look through your purse, wipe some imaginary lint off your sleeve, pivot slightly, and look back at him. If he is still watching you, you’re good to go. Smile and walk away. Do not look back a second time. You’ve sealed the deal. It is just a matter of time before he comes around.

In following these steps, you are using great body language to convey your interest in him. It is his job to “man-up” and ask you out if he feels the same way. Remember, your goal is to give him a sense of how special you are so that can't wait to pursue you and get to know you better!
