    Are you right- or left-handed?

Everyone in my family is right-handed, except for my mom.
I would like to know are the left-handed people really that rare and unique? smile

I'm a lefty. 2 of my boys are right handed. One is right handed but plays sports left handed and one is a lefty who plays sports right handed. Crazy.

    I'm right-handed.

My dad was left-handed growing up, but back when he was in school they would force kids to write with their right hands, so he became ambidextrous!

I write right-handed, hit a baseball left-handed, and eat with either one.
My father was left-handed, & was the only family member I ever knew of who was.

Right handed. I used to be able to write with both. Still, I didn't write with my left hand enough for it to stick.

My dad was a righty, my mom a lefty, I can write with either hand, but primarily use my left for writing but my right for sports and most everything else.

I am a right handed person but wish could use the left hand also for writing etc. I have heard that you should use both your hands, as the left side of the brain controls your right hand and the right side of your brain controls your left hand. So better to use both sides of the brain, is'nt it. I think children, if they are more comfortable in using their left hand, should not be forced to use their right hand only. And yes, I have observed people using both hands are special, perhaps more intelligent.

Right handed. Although I tend to switch between my right and left hand when playing sports. For example I feel more comfortable pitching a ball with my left hand and I also tend to bat left-handed as well. When bowling or playing tennis I use my right hand though. It's quite odd.

I'm left handed, but I often find myself using my right hand for the computer mouse (that is if I'm not using one of the touchpad ones)
