I'm talking about a custody court order that was decided in one state, but the parent with primary or full custody now lives in another state and wants the custody moved to the jurisdiction of the current state of residence. How difficult was it? Did the other parent object or cause problems?

GOod points. THe custody order is already signed, and the parent seeking to get the custody order transferred doesn't want to make any changes. THey only want it transferred to the new state.
