No. It's impossible to truly love a stranger you know nothing about!
At best you might lust after them or be infatuated by their looks.
However it's only after spending time with someone and getting to know them very well that you're in a position to fall in love with who they actually are. Anything before that is your own projection of them and how you hope they would be.
There are numerous instances where one is attracted to another only to have their bubble burst once they got to know her/him. In hindsight a person might say they fell "in love" at first sight but what they really mean is their mate lived up to what they hoped she/he would be!
