If she is blood related and you did it on purpose. then yes. If she isnt blood related, and is hot, or it was an accident, then no.
I don't think it was wrong if it was by accident. Then it can't be helped. But if it wasn't an accident. Then yes I would say it was wrong.
Why would it be wrong? Is there anything wrong with nakedness?
Obviously she did it on purpose to entice you into incest. Remember, "incest is best", and "keep it in the family".
