No-one is always happy. Some people are happier than others, but they still have problems and things that upset them.
There is no reason to be unhappy since it will not change anything. That's what I always have in mind.
Instead of being unhappy and make it a rotten day, why not be happy!
Keep a smile on your face and you will receive the same smile back.
