From what I have read stats say about 5% of men are crossdressers. That is 1 in 20 men. Now that said, that is only the men who would admit to being a crossdresser for fear of being labeled gay, much to the contrary, the majority of male to female crossdressers are straight, married men.
There is a difference between a 24/7 wearer and an occasional wearer as well a difference between wearing numerous lingerie items and just panties. It is estimated that upwards of 60% of men are occasional panty boys.
