- Is it in the US only that we can be a green card holder, how about in Australia?
- Another one: my fiance (a Humanist) and I (a Catholic) are planning to get a married in civil next year, can we have the ceremony in our chosen venue (not just in city hall, like in a garden) and can we have a celebrant (who is not a government official, like another lay person)?
(but we will stick on our religion, no conversion)
Australia does not have a 'Green Card' type system in place.

i moved to america in 1994 and lived their untill 2004 and now live back in uk iv been away for...6 years now. my visa runs out in 2012 can I move back and live their, my family live their still.
