How to get rid of a sociopathic ex-boyfriend who uses the kids as an excuse into the home but...
only wants to steal or attempt to manipulate the kids? He is a drug addict & violent, how would one keep such a person away from the house when he will even hide & sneak in the back door when the dog is let out?
Restraining order. Think about the risk to your children if you don't do that. He is an addict and it may become worst.
Yes, if this person drinks, they're a danger not only 2 themselves, but others. I'd get a restraining order. I'd also change the locks. When the dog's out, lock the door behind u when u come in.
Contact your local Family Law facility or seek out legal advice don't try to deal with a voilent ex yourself. I also agree with prettydarkhorse about the Restraining Order if he has been sneaking into the house. At the very least if this happens contact the Police about it and they should give you some advice. Keep your doors locked even when the dog is let out.
I agree, a restraining order is not unnecessary if he puts people in danger because of his addictive actions. Especially since your kids are in obvious danger.

He couldn't clean up and is continuing to make horrible decisions in my kids' care. The kids are with their grandparents until the...

She chose him over me in the end because he was established in life; tall, fit, older then or...
