Some say yes, others say no. But I think everything happens for a reason.
Nothing is meaningless, even if we are unable to grasp the wise.
Remember how much a silly word from someone you love (while he was joking) affect your heart & how much you can get incentives from a disappointing word from someone hates you, to show them I am not like this.
Even If you see a bird flying, it is a lesson about freedom.
i don't think so. i think things just happen and that's how it is.
I don´t think everything happens for an reason but every happening has its own cause.
If it would happen for an reason the law of casue and effect wont work. But it does.
Yes, it's just not part of a plan. Example: a car flips on the highway doing 75 mph and results in the deaths of a dozen different people. Reason: the highschool dropout working at the Wal-Mart Lube & Go who replaced the car's tire an hour before didn't thread the lugnuts right.
Everything that happens is simply an effect, the reason is the cause. Whether you think it's God controlling things from behind the scene, that's your deal.

Does everything happen for a reason? Is there such a thing as fate? Is there some bigger plan that guides all of our actions towards some unknown, ultimate outcome? Or, do things just happen, and there is no rhyme or reason as to why those things happened?

Can't bad things just happen? What do you think and...

Does anyone see the hand of god in Cyclone Nargis? Was it a wicked act by god, or a callous omission to act defensively? Or perhaps he was powerless to prevent it? Or is it another example of his 'mysterious ways that passeth all understanding'?The earthquake that devastated Lisbon in 1755 shattered...
