Was your heart right? I am going through the same thing.
I fell in love with my partner like this three years ago. Met him a year later. I think my heart is right, and as well as his. Most of my friends have experienced the same thing and have married them. I think you just have to give it time like a year or so to really get to know them before you meet them in person. Although most of the relationships I know have turned out well, I also know there are a lot of them that don't. I think if you talk to them every day on cam and voice you get a better idea of what they are like. If your just going by chat, I would recommend it. I also know some people have been scammed for money. If people are asking for money don't buy into it.
