   Their teeth.  I think you can tell a lot about a person by their teeth, for example if they're a smoker, coffee drinker, pay attention to personal hygiene, how old they are, etc etc.

    Their eyes first. I think you can tell alot about a person from their eyes.
    Then they way they stand.
    And then their hands. I really love nice hands. I'm strange.

    What do they say and how do they say it?
    
    Are they carefully groomed or do they have an unkempt look?
    
    That will pretty much tell me most of what I need to know in a few minutes.
