How do you know if you've already found "The One"?
Are there signs???
There are no signs. You just have to take a chance and find out. You could be with someone for years and still grow apart like NiaG said. [OMG, I just realized that was you that posted the previous answer, I really feel like a stalker now, lol] You could also have more than one "The One" in a lifetime.
Well the bells ring in your heart and you keep thinking about the same person whole day long !
One major requirement is they too must also see you as being "their one".
For me, I know it's right, because words desert me altogether. I don't feel the need to even talk to other guys. I am comfortable enough to be myself and know I am accepted. I accept him. Our feelings for each other are obvious and unconditional. The world stands still when I am with him. I have no desire to see what is going on outside of the space we are in.

what if you've already told him you're heartbroken and want him back? he says he needs space and...has gone skiing for a week but said its highly unlikely that we'll be togehter again as something has changed inside him and he needs time to figure out whether the feeling he once had will come back....

There was this very enticing and interesting question I read on the internet about people loving God. Specifically, why do everything in your power to please God when God is supposed to love you already; is supposed to accept you for who you are? I must say, people are selfish in terms of their own...
