What is the appropriate or suggested grace period between relationships?
Some people jump from being in one relation to the next, never fully dealing with whatever happened in the former relationship. Others jump into being in a serious relationship after only knowing eachother a very short while. What do you suggest to be healthy?
I don't believe you can set a standard "grace period" between relationships. Some people mourn the end of a relationship while still in the relationship, so we should never try to judge what others do. As far as leaping into a new relationship, I suggest caution in that one should take time to re-establish their own identity first.
I suggest to do what feels right to you. Because the love of your life could turn up the day after you've broken up with someone or years later. Jump in if you want or take it slow. Whatever makes you happy because life is too short!
