If you were cupid who would be the first couple you would want to match up and why?

Would it be a friend or relative, and why would they make such a great couple?

I have this friend, honest, named Ben. He is the nicest, most-humble, caring Christian guy I know. He is a minister and also single and a young man. I am all for selection and quality, but I know Ben gets mighty lonely. I would match him up with a young, sweet, missionary girl with a sharp sense of humor. I think God would like that.

The Democrats and the Republicans... although working together, would they do more harm than good? o.O

I have a friend named Ridwan. In one word, he's great. He's tall, very handsome, a religious guy, going to be a doctor with excellent sense of humor. And there is Fancy, who is also a close friend. She's cute, also a gonna-be-doctor, and intelligent. I know both of them secretly likes each other but according to the common social norm both of them would marry as their parents' wishes :-( I would like to do the matchmaking here and send proposal to both the families once we graduate. Fingers crossed! They'd make such a cute couple!!

I'd match the current Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea (PNG), Peter O'Neil, with his predecessor, Sir Michael Somare. They need the love. :-)

Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, (with apologies to Michele Obama and Ann Romney - Cupid, please find good single partners for them, too.) I think it would be great to have a gay couple in the White House no matter who wins the election. And I would love to see the reactions of the political parties, the media pundits, and the whole nation.

By the way - I'm straight and happily married, and couldn't care less about anyone's sexual orientation. I just want to see Cupid shake things up for us like he did with Paris and Helen of Troy.
