It's called I've been married long enough to not be a newlywed but not long enough to be anything else.
I have never heard of the term. It could be someone who is not in first marriage, so uses that term for new marriage.. It could also mean not really married but living together as man and wife. It might also mean married for a few months so not really a newlywed. Take your pick.
