How often do you have a romantic dinner, and what do you eat?
Once or twice a week we both try to make our meal a little special. With times being a little more difficult (6 major family events in six months ie: 5th, 18th & 21st birthdays, 3 graduations, one Prom and one off to college) we have to cut back on Date Nights out. Cooking the simple foods your partner loves is a great way to acknowledge them. Tonight I am making a rare well seasoned steak, baked sweat potatoes and a salad. We are going to start with garlic mussels and a glass of wine. Dessert will probably be ice cream with brandy infused peaches I have been soaking for a year. It's important to celebrate one another and spend the time. Because tomorrow is not promised. Dee
