Don't be invovled. It takes two. If there is only one, nothing happens. http://srit.hubpages.com/hub/Free-of-Negativity

As Jesus said, "resist not evil." Turn the other cheek.

Don't do this as a victim. Don't do this with the arrogance of a perpetrator. Simply "be" there and don't play their "game."

Take 100% responsibility for their bullying. When you do that, there's no room for "blame." Responsibility is entirely positive and an act of creation; blame is entirely negative and an act of being at effect.

Don't cower. Look them in the eye. If they strike you, turn the other cheek and look them in the eye again. For most bullies, that takes all the "fun" out of it. Be fearless and you expose their fear.

There is one terrible thing you can do and that is to ignore it/them. These people are usually doing it for attention and you are denying them of that, in my own experience it makes them worse. The best things to do is stand up to them and show you are not a person to be bullied, they prey on people they feel are weak and can easily get away with it, they do not go through allot of hassle just to hurt others for no reason and are more likely to move on.
Or talk about it with a higher up and view your options.
