Bread and bread like products (biscuits, pancakes, croissants, french toast, dinner rolls, donuts, cake, and pizza) are all things I have to fight off urges to have in excess. The smell of any these coming fresh out of the oven or even zapped in the microwave gets me salivating. It also doesn't help that I can sometimes be an emotional eater. Getting some bad news has often led me to seeking some hot fresh comfort foods! LOL
Another weakness for me is probably salty snacks like peanuts, cashews, potato chips, french fries, bacon, breakfast sausage, and bacon cheese burgers, hash browns....etc
I'd have to say that a really big addiction that I have is to junk food. And it's just as unhealthy as other addictions.
Coffee, specifically frappicciono and iced carmel mocha. Its a constant inner fight. I know its bad for me. If I can go 1 day without one, I'm doing good
I'm a music junkie. I am constantly listening to it, collecting it, learning all I can about my favorite artists/tracks, etc, etc.
Transcending all thoughts. Living in a state of total silence. The bliss is beyond anything. But in order to appreciate it, the contrast of the chaotic world may be necessary. Without chaos, silence would not have the same richness. Forgetting the whole world and its problems is a pleasure in itself.
My addiction is Tastycake's Eclairs, and Choclate lovers Eclairs..
