No, attraction maybe, love not so much.  Love is a process that happens by getting to know someone and you can't do that in less than one second.  Infatuation, attraction, lust sure... Love is a deeper concept.

No, you can't truly love someone you don't even (know).
Lust, attraction, or infatuation upon first sight however is very possible. If a relationship does ensue it's not uncommon for a person to look back and state that they were "in love" the moment they laid eyes on someone.
Nevertheless the reality is they wanted to get to know them and it lived up to their hopes.
It's also not uncommon to think someone is "hot" or "incredible" and then after having one conversation with them you walk away disappointed.
Maybe they turned out to self-centered, opinionated, arrogant, or not as nice and friendly as you imagined them to be. They fell short of living up to your fantasy.

I think it can happen. I believe there are things we do not understand about love and those unknowns can collide in a moment and the result can indeed be "love at first site." When one truly listens with "their heart" and when one meets the One at the ideal time, it can happen...
