What symbol do you ascribe for an ideal couple, please explain?
Trust, Love and Understanding are basic traits that gives a strong foundation for an ideal couple. Its not only for a married couple but also this is valid in any relationship that is expected to grow positively and strongly. Even sisters or brothers carry these traits, have less tendencies to fall apart in their lives.
We have seen and heard of many married relationships that have stood strong and happily for over 50 years. That's mainly because of the same traits they share. They have mutual love, trust and understanding. Respect, Sympathy and Empathy comes along with above traits.
Thanks for reminding me to be grateful for this wonderful simple ring on my finger.
There's a couple we know who together radiate outward like the sun - touching everyone they know. If I were able to draw a visible network of people in their "orbit" that they touch and make laugh and feel listened to, it would look like glistening web of intertwining strings around and touching that sun.
An image I create in my vows to MY husband was a canvas that we were painting together, adding our own colors to each part of the canvas that together created the whole.
I wrote those vows, I think, on one of my hubpage articles.
This is a lovely question. Cheers, Billie
