I've been really down lately. I'm emotionally and spiritually drained. I feel like I've lost the will to do the things that used to make me happy. I want to get out from this, but I am not sure anymore what makes me happy. Even those things I've used to like aren't making me happy anymore. It's a question you might find hard to answer, but I just want to hear some tips on finding again happiness.
It's important to have realistic expectations and understand that "happiness" is not a way of life.
Happiness along with all other emotions are noting more than feelings we have in a "snapshot of time". We're always one phone call, text, email, or "breaking news" announcement away from having our world turned upside down or jumping for joy. Life is a roller coaster ride!
Once you accept the fact it's normal for everyone to have ups and downs you're in a better position to not let anything bury you because you know a week, month, or year from now odds are you'll be in a better place if not physically then emotionally. Emotions and feelings are temporary.
Some things a lot of people do in order to be at their best is to take some time each day to relax/meditate, shut out as much negative noise as possible, focus on their goals, exercise, spend time with those who are positive and enjoyable to be around, go out on dates doing thing they love, workout, travel, join hobby/interest groups on Meetup.com.
Oftentimes when people feel down in the dumps they really (don't want) to put in any effort to change their state of mind. In fact more often than not they (intentionally) shrink their world by avoiding friends, family, and other loved ones. They engage in "negative self-talk", and reject all invitations.
Once they succeed in cutting everyone out they fall into a deep depression and start to believe no one on earth "gets them" or they're the only one who has ever had challenges in life. They refuse to see a therapist. Some folks will even give up eating or they'll sleep all day.
The law of attraction does not replace the law of action.
If you want something different (you) have to do something different.
When (we) change our circumstances change.
Sometimes it's best to get ANGRY at one's circumstances and make a decision to commit to changing their life instead of throwing in the towel.

Happiness can turn to sadness. When you get everything together you can experience something greater than happy, which is bliss
Bliss is like a high energy when things seem they can't go wrong. Personally I am re- experencing my bliss again now. Life can turn into a roller coaster. Spiral upward and don't let the Turkey's get you down.
