How do you deal with people who change their minds every 2 or 3 hours. How do you work with them. Changing decisions often shows what characteristics about that person? Can low self esteem be one of the deep rooted cause for this characteristic? Is trying to please others a sign of low self esteem?
If you are talking about relationships, the person may be distrustful and probably does have low self esteem
