   How much and wha do you know about the Roman Catholic Church?
   
   I have recently had someone tell me that the Catholic Church, or I was, is of the flesh.  I mentioned that my husband was Catholic and that I needed to bring him to Jesus Christ.  They know nothing of the ways of the Catholic religion.

   Hello, Debra. I have been raised as Catholic, although I consider myself non-denomination in my actual religious views. I've been to multiple Catholic environments, having lived in numerous places. If you'd like, I'll tell you about my experiences with the Catholic church. We have "Communion" each mass (other denominations may call them sermons instead), where we eat the bread of Christ and drink the blood of Christ (bread and wine). My church has a middle school and high school youth group, and we had a lot of fun events and dances. Catholics are often "confirmed" into their religion, usually somewhere in high school, in a small ceremony where you basically pledge yourself to God. Officially, Catholics believe in Purgatory; however, this is largely up the individual Catholic. In fact, that applies to a lot of things about Catholics; like with any group, some are awesome people, others aren't. Overall, I've enjoyed my time as a Catholic. I may not necessarily agree with everything the church says or does, but it's offered a nice and comforting place of worship.

      I know all about the Catholic Chruch and what they teach and believe.  You must have misunderstood my  question. I went through RCIA in 1997, to marry my RC Husband.  I wondered about those who tell me that I don't know anything all the time.

      No I am not.  There are some ppl on here that think that I don't know anything about Catholic and they profess that I know nothing about it.  Those the ppl that I am asking.

      I went through RCIA and learned from there, but learned much more when I got inside and then I left, but that doesn't mean that I do not know anything about it.  I ask ??'s

      The Holy City/Vatican is in Rome, Italy.  It is the 1 religion that all other Denom.s have started from.  Martin Luther was the 1st one that split off bcuz of a dissagreement.  Most theology r the same as they keep ppl from knowing JC true life.

   catholic belives in mary, the mother of jesus, which the christians do not believe in. We read the bible, preach the word to the people we know. we used the parables, very useful for kids and adults
