Like this quote from the koran...

Su 2:191  And slay them wherever ye catch them, and turn them out from where they have Turned you out; for tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter; but fight them not at the Sacred Mosque, unless they first fight you there; but if they fight you, slay them. Such is the reward of those who suppress faith.

    and this...

Su 3:21  As to those who deny the Signs of Allah and in defiance of right, slay the prophets, and slay those who teach just dealing with mankind, announce to them a grievous penalty.

    and this...
Su 3:151  Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority: their abode will be the Fire: And evil is the home of the wrong–doers!

from the Yusuf Ali translation of the koran

For the better understanding of Islam you all should read Quran. And by this I dont mean picking up verses out of the context, try to read the complete chapters and research the background behind them. Just don't accuse it by making false statements. There are black sheeps in all religions.
Just because few muslims are doing something wrong you can't blame the entire religion for that.
here is my hub try to understand what islam says about Jihad.
