Biblical Prophesy and the End Times

   Doomsday seekers say that these times are the end times because of the financial crisis and the Mayan Calendar (which may be a New Age thing because it is not Jewish and it was definatleu before Christ's appearance).
   Did any of the Bible foretell (another New Age thing) a Black president?
   I have noticed that most of the predictions or foretelling or prophesizig about the doomsday stuff is everythng to do with Israel.  What do you think?

      Couldn't say for sure, I do think at some point in time, whether a couple years or a billion years from now, the Dooms Day prediction will eventually come true and when it does, if the Bible is still around, then there will finally be and end to all the nonsence and everything else period. lol -though it really isn't that funny.
      
      I do recall that before people had become fully aware of the Myan prophecy or calander, that the Egyptians had also had their own timeline.  Which also concluded the end being 2012. 
      
      Further, I should search for which tomb this was found in...but in this timeline, the egyptians had also drawn hellocopter and other things that are modern to our age. 
      
      I don't know that being black would have anything to do with prophecy but do at times try to think about where some people are coming from, assuming that the antichrist is said to have gained the acceptance of people almost like a rock star I guess. 
      
      Obama seems to fit the profile, I guess, he is generally accepted as great, they make coins with his face on them, he is practically worshiped in most of the world, he seems to be getting everything he wants.  The war  in Israel has just became war x100, the economy just took a crap, he is still trying to bail out banks but do I think he is the antichrist? 
      
      No, at least I hope he isn't.
      
      I think that because of the circumstances that I know were being guided by the "invisable hand of the economy", the sudden arrival of a person I never heard of before being overwhelmingly accepted and becoming our first black president, the surge of religious movements and climate instability seem to point in that direction, possibly prompting the need to fullfill the Armegedon.
      
      I don't know for sure though, though I do know that on a personal level, things have gotten strange.  Could it be the end, really?  I hope not but I would like to stay on my toes just in case.

      The only the the bible is clear about at the end times regarding "black/white" issues is that there will be racial dis-harmony.
      
      Mathew 24:7: For nation shall rise against nation ..
      
      The Greek word that is translated nation is Ethnos from which we get our modern word ethnicity.
      
      That's really all the bible has to say about races and the end times.

      Well with all that genocide over there it looks lke they are putting themselves there before anything can happen to the rest of the world.  It just looks that way now.  If they all kill themselves how will they ever be able to build that temple and have a president???

            Wellif you look at these doomsday things they have been going on since the Bible was put together because all this was in there from then and not added sometime later.
            Obama isn't only black he is half white so that would put him in  while differnt categor then what the jews have prophesied.  They Mayna Calendar does not end--it is only the end of an age and so it was said in the bible too.  They mistranslated world and it was supposed to be age......so the world is not going to end, just an age.......that puts a damper on them waiting until God fixes the meses that the world and it's people did to themselves.  Cause and effect--What ye Sow Ye Shall Also Reap...................or in their version...what we do is Gods and Satans fault and we will just cry and blame them for it all.........................

               You are so mean, but you make me laugh!    I dunno though, I can that Armegedon willl happen, just like I don't they will ever stop until the prophecy is fullfilled. 
               
               Which brings me to another point,  that possibly once they have done all the stuff they have needed to do, there may finally be some peace. 
               
               I think the dawn of a new age is probably more correct but we will have to put up with bloody hell before we ever see it. 
               
               Anyways, like I said, eventually there will without question be a time when ultimately life will fail to exist on Earth anyways.  Seems enevitable unless peopel straighten up and chill out so we can actually use what nature has given us to support us without futher disrupting our Earth home.

                  Humans may end but nature will not.  For instance, Roaches can live anywhere in any condition and they multiply lke crazy, annt are thesame way, so that is the bug species....now Bambo grows in any condition in any area and in any climate and it is VERY hard to get rid of.  Pines that are in California that need fire to reproduce and make new plants from the seeds will be here becaue they live through fire....Ocean cratures will be here stil becaeu fire and heat does not bother them...those worms that live around volcanic activity in the oceans--they are so beautiful...then the creatures that can lve in the deepest and coldest waters--they will still be around,,,,,,they have adpated and humans have adapted.  I do see how we will annailate the entire planet, possibly one eco system but not the whle thing.
                  
                  I don't mean to be mean, but that is how they see it.  It is their view and not mine and i don't want any part of that cop out stradegy..  Some things we cannot control but the parts around us, we can and we can straighten it out if we really want too.

                     Well according the Universal structure of all planets, galaxies and stars etc...with regards to a lifeless Earth, yes it will eventually happen.  All things eventually die, however don't assume that another type of life wont come about, or that in another 5 hundred billions of years from now life will exist on another type of Earth.  That's all, has nothing to do with Biblical prophecy but much to do with the just life as we know it. 
                     
                     Given examples being Uranus,  nature will exist (maybe, wont be here to see it so it doesn't matter really to me) the laws of the Universe will still exist, and life elswhere will do it's thing as well but as far as life on the Planet Earth, eventually (not anytime, anywhere close to soon, I am talking billions and billions of years down the line) she will eventually die out and become possibly something else.

   The Mayan calendar was figured out , yes. I am sure they could build upon what they learned to see what the next millenia of events has to say, lol. I am not worried about the end of days because it's something that's just not within our control... anyways...I thought it was going to be a asteroid hitting the planet that was our biggest danger.

   Anybody watch the Planet Earth Seires on Animal Planet---they are really good and they will give you a tiny idea at the vastness of this Earth.  Really try to watch the series!!  If you can see if you can get the videos from Animal Planet website!

      You are welcome.  Now don't ya wonder what else they mistranslated?  You do know that also a mispelled word-----for instance Form and From --simple mistake can be a huge difference in meaning.
