There exists in the world an undetectable force. Undetectable, I believe, because it chooses to be. It can be seen. It can be heard, felt, smelled and tasted. This force is the living energy of creation, and it is in every molecule that exists. It IS every molecule that exists.
In Hinduism, this force is called Kundalini. In Christianity it is called The Holy Ghost. There are many names for the life force. Chi, ki, the Great Spirit. I have felt it. I have tasted it and smelled it, and felt it in my spine.
God comes to different people in different ways.
There is only One Story. That is the story of Christ on the cross, his death and rebirth. Jesus is real, and he redeems each one of us in our time. We live this through the seven stages of alchemy, the seven mansions, the seven chakras. Life is the story. This is what it’s all about. Learning through our mistakes over lifetimes, dying to our old ways, and then being reborn spiritually. The human species is going through this process.
Very few people go through this spiritual rebirth at any given time. I have reason to believe that some time very soon, if it isn’t happening already, there will be a mass spiritual awakening. We will go through the Kundalini process individually, and as a species.
Man’s logic and reason will be married to the mystic’s intuition. We will again have the knowledge that built the Pyramids, and more. We have already gone through much of the pain of Ego Death as a species.
These ARE the dark ages.
Intuition is what is missing, the opposite half of reason. Humanity goes through cycles, dark and light, rebirth to rebirth, gaining another step on the ladder of evolution each time. In the larger arena of the universe, this is nothing truly special. It just is. But it is special to us, because it is us who are living it right now. It is nothing, and it is grand at the same time. Thus is the nature of the Universe, which is life itself.
You lost me in the first two sentences. An undetectable force that can be heard, felt, smelled and tasted?
Can you explain an undetectable force that can be detected by 4 different senses in different words?
Nope, I can't. It could be detectable in the future sometime possible. Who knows.
Ah. It is undetectable now, but might be detectable in the future? Have I got that right? But you say you already detected it, you have already tasted it, smelled it, felt it and felt it in your spine.
I'm confused. Either it is undetectable or it is not. Which is it?
There are plenty of things organic life can detect that scientists can't. Why do you think animals act so weird right before earthquakes?
Totally agree, we are in the Kali Yuga; well, in its last and final phrases.
Interestingly enough, the Kali yuga will be over in 153 years, my favorite number
Kali yug will be over in 150 years, from where did you get that information?
Then ask god to get educated in Indian mythology first, instead of acting like a Christian priest.
Kali yug is Indian mythology and according to that more than 10000 years are yet to go, so if your god told you it is to be over in 153 years, he has not studied anything and is rambling like most priests!
There is a saying in my place, if the teacher makes one mistake the pupil will make 51, so choose somebody who knows instead of an idiot.
I am not here to trade insults with you. If you want to debate, great. If not, I will just ignore you from now on.
Simply stating falsehood (kali yug will be over in 150 years) is not debate.
It is hindu and according to hindus it is the fourth yuga started(and for some it has not started yet and the present age is the continuation of dwapara yuga) at the time of King Janamejaya son of Pareekshith(around 3000BC) and some 480000 years remaining at the end of which Mahapralaya will come after Kalki(last avatara of Vishnu)and then the ages will start again. So if you want to debate study it, instead of spreading falsehoods about Indian mythology in the name of god[it is insulting hear wrong things about my nation and our stories].
Hinduism has as many falsehoods as Christianity. All religions do. If you don't want to be insulted, then learn the truth for yourself.
Mythology does NOT mean true story, that does not mean you can twist it anyway you want. If I say Jesus died in a fire and rose to heaven in a fiery chariot, can we discuss(though it too is mythology) Jesus's death?
Yes, Jesus is just as much mythology as Zeus. Who he was named after, by the way.
You cannot see Kaliyuga but can only study from an Indian text or its translation. And 480000 means 480000 not 153.
Actually it's 432,000. But you would know that, right, you are the expert.
Actually there is no exact consensus, different books vary, the figure varies from 480000 to 30000 depending on the text, did your god forgot to mention that?
This is common knowledge, I'm surprised you don't know your own religion. Actually, I'm not surprised.
That is my nation's religion not mine. I never knew that 480000 - 30000 is 153, is that the common knowledge in America?
You are cute when you act like a pouting four year old. It's funny how you get all worked up when you know you are wrong about something, but refuse to admit it.
Oh I'm wrong. I never knew 480000 is 153, thanks for the knowledge.
Are you just pretending to be unintelligent? It's Ok to make mistakes. Everyone does it once in a while. I can overlook it.
I take that back and apologize riddle666. Wasn't nice. I'm irritable today.
Nothing to apologize, sorry If I offended you. It is just that, these are the stories that I heard when I grew up, my heritage and past.
Do you do yoga by any chance? It is what I was doing that brought all of this on me in the first place.
I wasn't always an obsessive religious freak.
It was kundalini. Like Gopi Krishna's, but maybe not as bad.
When I was young I tried all those, even the one by Sri Sri Ravishanker(Art of Living). I planned to go for transcendental meditation, then I understood(studied) how all these work and lost interest.
May be. I was more interested in knowing the scientific principles behind than simply practicing it.
If it is about Art of Living, it is simply the respiratory alkalosis caused by hyperventilation. Yoga is more about belief and exercises and a little psychology. This is a brief, if it has to be explained it will be a hub and even then I am not sure I would do justice to the topic.
Mythology also does not mean false. Simply a narrative
If you know something about the English language, you would know that is a blatant contradiction. Perhaps, you should actually look up the word, "undetectable".
Beg to differ.
The Holy Ghost isn't in everything.
Yes, there is only one story in Christianity, if you wanna put it that way, and that is Jesus and his death and resurrection (not his rebirth).
I perceive you're trying to mix religions, and that just doesn't work.
I know your views, Brenda. I like you and am not here to offend anyone's beliefs.
Just my take on things is all.
The Holy Spirit is what gives a Chistian his power. It's an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us and penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together.

You may want to read my first Question before reading or answering this. I try incredibly hard to be humble, but I must say that I notice many Christians around me who know hardly anything about God or Jesus. Studies show that very few Christians remember all Ten Commandments, know the principles...

How would you approach an atheist to talk about God?The goal is to help them find faith.

The Universe is really big, wouldn't the god of the solar system or maybe even god of the planet earth make more sense? How about god of the middle east? That would explain the insanity.

In a forum, I asked a question: Why God created atheists? Now I ask, why man created God?
