Technically, God is not people, so I think it is fair to say that according to the Bible, Adam and Eve were the first people on Earth.
I doubt it, where did the people come from who married their offspring? or are we all the result of incestuous marriage?
WE TAKE THAT ANSWER BY FAITH.THE BIBLE IS OVER 2000 YEARS OLD.IT STATES THAT THEY WERE.BUT WE DO NOT HAVE TO GUESS.RESEARCH STATES IT.DO A STUDY.
Yes, Adam and Eve were the first two people to live on earth.

Read the first few chapters of Genesis. You'll find your answer.
Adam was the first man. Lilith was the first woman. Eve followed her. Peace.
