Do Tarrot cards really work?
A lot of people consult Tarrot cards to see what lays ahead in the future. Does it really work? Have you had experience of it?
I have used and read Tarot for people and have studied Tarot. It does work if the person being read for wants it to work. The question you have to ask yourself is, why does it work, and who is answering your questions? Do you want those questions to be answered? Were they meant to be answered? Asking questions to the Tarot is like putting the cart before the horse, really, isn't it? I mean, you are asking these cards to tell you the motives and inner thoughts of others, what will happen in the future and so on...some people even want to know about their health. But doesn't that take away all of your own power over your own life and give it to some unknown entity? Is that entity good, or evil? Does it have your best interests at heart? There is a lot to think about when considering leaving major life decisions to the Tarot, the Ouija board, anything like that. I've come to believe anything works if you believe in it and empower it and if it's delivered to you by a skilled practicioner. But I also do believe there are many powers from many sources that can work for or against you. You have to decide whether to tap into negative or positive powers, and choose the sources of those powers, carefully. I would say only this as advice: the future is not written in stone, and each thing you do changes every future thing you do, which is why in all of those science fiction movies you can never interfere with time: things are changed by the smallest detail being moved, changed or interfered with in any way, so fate is not fixed, it's completely malleable. So how could a Tarot card say "this will happen" and that be a finite, definitive fait accompli?
We need to be freer with our minds and more trusting of our instincts, therein lies our path and our compass to direct us to our future.
I don't think they work in the traditional sense. If you study the meaning of each card many have conflicting meanings. Most are vague at best. You have to look at all the meanings not just the first few to see this. I think they can be used as a tool to calm and quiet your mind so you can focus your own thoughts on a problem you might be having. Which meanings are you focusing on? This may lead you to see things differently and be able to see more solutions. I would look at them as one of many tools to use when you are faced with a problem to solve.
No its a money making scheme, by capturing your imagination, by using a big carrot infront of you.It insults your intelligence, if you believe them. Other than that it has a sinister satanic occult origin and if you know anything about the spirit world which is very real, and want your life to be manipulated by the dark world.then go for it, but you will regret it honestly. Dont fall into the trap.

Is our destiny in God's hands or do we actually have free will, being that God knows all?

Just was loaned a deck of angel cards from a friend, trying to learn how to use them for fun, but I have no idea at all as there are no instructions! Anyways do you think angel cards actually can give us any insight into things or do you think they are a scam?

Has anyone ever had a Tarot Card reading and was it accurate?I actually had one a while ago, just for a laugh and wasn't going to take it too seriously. I didn't give one bit of information away about myself or why I was there, but the cards seemed to know a LOT about my current life and...
