Are God and Allah the same?
Christians believe in God. Muslims believe in Allah (also God).
Some say yes, some say no. I think it's a matter of personal opinion.
Way back when Abraham was the father of both Isaac and Ishmael, the family worshiped the same God. Since then a rift seems to have grown between the members and their progeny.
While I concur with Silver Poet I should point out that the muslims I have known will point out that Allah is different than Jewish or Christians God and that there is no other but him.
My Dear Sweet Friends,
God the Creator is the exact same as the God of Islam, the Creator. Make no mistake about this. The only difference is those who seek power over men in both religions. Power is a corrupting force, and those who seek power seek to corrupt the will of God in the minds of men to serve their personal agenda.
Even more, there is but One God, One Creator of all and for all religions, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Shintoism, Judaism, etc.

Have you noticed that it is only Christians who constantly argue about God and his will? Why do members of other religions have a consentaneous interpretation of the Creator and his will?

Why is it that with terrorism going on, people are so apt to point out the "cruelty" of Christians?ISIS is a real threat. But people tend to downplay this, by trying to prove that Christians are worse. People love to play the "Hitler was a Christian" card. Anyone can...
