The concept of choice is an attribute of God in man which He does not want to lose in the name of perfection. Imagine, you have power to create dummies with all your attributes and qualities.

Tell me won't you give that dummies power to act of their own will? Or you will prefer to restrict their movement. If you do that, that means you are telling the whole creation that you yourself are under some form of bondage because the image you have created reveals who you are.

All religions are the religion of "choice" -- if you call brainwashing by your parents and society choice.

Because it completely satisfies the soul's need for love and forgiveness without obligation; the only true response is gratitude, not duty.

Most of Christianity was established by the sword.

    Conversion was accomplished through conquest.

Historically it is a very rare thing for Christianity to be presented in the loving, non-violent way that Jesus appears to have advocated.
