If matter can neither be created nor destroyed but merely changes form why do most people fear...
death?
Our physical body is matter. I think your looking at it as if our soul is matter which is not. People fear death as no one knows exactly what will happen to our souls. Our body of course will stay on this earth because as you said matter is never destroyed.
"Why do we baptisms for the dead if the dead rise not at all? Why then to we do baptisms for the dead?"
a physical death is feared because man desires to live as long as possible because they are not aware of the truth. We are spirit living in human form, and we will reutrn to our spiritual form once our life on earth is completed.
I believe in soul, and kharma always have a way to deal with what is good. Although at times we should be more understanding of other culture, the idea of right and wrong is relative. We will be transformed when we die.

Why did I get banned for 3 days for merely stating an opinion about "alternative" health? Why did I get banned for 3 days for merely stating an opinion? Is this place run like a dictatorship? Am I banned just because my belief is different than someone else's?

Matter cannot be created or destroyed. Ok that's easy.So that means that the Universe has been around forever. That would be great, except there are no real world examples of infinity. If infinity is not a quality of anything in the Universe, how can it be a quality of the Universe? It doesn't...

If energy can neither be created nor it can be destroyed, then why do we face energy crisis?
