If God created heaven and earth in 6 days and rested on the 7th, why don't we?
In Genisis 2:2, he talks about resting on the 7th day and growing up, we always had Sunday's off, stores were closed. We went to church and those who didn't spent family time on Sunday's.
We are in busier time now and unfortunately wages have not kept up with inflation so many of us don't have time to rest on Sunday. It is the sad truth, but that is the way it is right now. Plus we don't have stores closed on Sunday anymore because not everyone in this country is Christian.
Have a good day.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth........?This first scripture confuses me a bit. We are told that God lives in Heaven, and that he has always existed. No beginning, no end. So, where did he reside before he created the heavens?

Meaning, I want to know if you think evolution is a process of God's work. If you even believe in evolution.
