can faith in god can really save us?
can we met him in the end
No. Faith is just a belief, something that is in your mind. Faith can only make you feel better about a situation. We will either save ourselves or we dont.
Yes Faith can save you, also depends on what your faith is in.
If your faith is about yourself then there is no chance.
True Faith is believing in what God did for you,
Hbr 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Rom 4:5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
Rom 3:28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
Yes what you believe in 'faith' can save you. And God will save you based on your level of faith that is ... if you believe He will save you...
first off i completely disagree with hoowanttono. faith in myself is the only reason i'm still alive today. having faith in ones self is what we all need. having faith in god , for some, gives them a sense of strength so of course it helps but in the end it is you that makes the changes needed to do what is needed.
Faith in God does save,
except that faith must be tried by Truth
otherwise that faith would be in a false God and worthless to save.

Why do most people see "Faith" as a point of weakness?Fear being, lack of faith and faith being lack of fear. To me, to have faith takes great courage.

Faith and trust in God are like the two elements of water - hydrogen and oxygen - you can't have water without both of them together. You can't be a Christian without having faith and trust together. Many people say they have faith in God, but then when life gets tough they lose...

What does having faith really mean? Why not write about faith in someone's life, what it means, and how having faith means not abandoning it in difficult times.

Is there a difference between Faith and Belief? Are these two words interchangeable or can you have one without the other? Is it possible to believe in something without putting your faith in it?

My mother's currently on the road for work, and I gave her a call this morning to check on her. She starts the conversation out by reminding me of the Christian that I used to be, and this whole conversation becomes about me getting to Heaven... I love my mother dearly, but she seems to be...

It is the great Hub forums where a certain few like to sit in the bleachers and throw christians to the lions. And yet , its almost always the same ones . Those who like to chide the faithful are apparently jealous. Thier lives meaningless except for the...
