I can't find where articles on humanism are listed - can someone please help out?
If there isn't a category for humanism, perhaps it could be added. I suppose it would be listed under Philosophy and Religion although I feel it could be listed under other headings too - Social Issues springs to mind, for instance. I ,often find I've asked a dumb question since I usually discover how I should have researched it better. So sorry in advance if it is one of my questions with a usual obvious answer.
Under Politics and Social Issues, there is a category called "church and state relations" that may come close to the article I'm in the midst of writing where humanism is the main focus, although it intercedes with both religion and politics.
"Humanism" I'd argue is worthy of having a category of its own, (if it doesn't already have one), and it might well be a category that belongs in both Politics and Social Issues as well as in Philosophy and Religion.
I look forward to any answers to the questions and comments posed on this topic.

There's two for you. I'd say that the religion and philosophy section would be more your style though. You could adjust your search to "site," and then "humanism," and that would surely find you plenty of hubs on the topic.
I would probably publish or search in

Humanism would be a good topic to add either under or parallel to this one. I think it belongs in religion because it replaces religion for many people. I'm not so sure it's a social or political issue.
All these Hubs, basically provide a closer view of the prevailing state of Human Mind ... Therefore, these, indirectly reflect the current state of normal human Understanding ... hence, considerable as a Chaotic Science, thus, Humanism ... like Capitalism, Socialism, this ism that ism, etc..
If you insist on a Philosophical approach, I suggest you go to Philosophy, Search "Ontology" ... which means, Fundamental Concepts and Definitions, governing Philosophical Cognitions, look up, HUMANISM, under Ontology ... and you will have hundreds of Sites on the subject.

Is it possible to run this as a thread for suggestions for categories missing from the existing category listFor example - any chance of an "Art Business & Marketing" category under Arts and Design?

Since I felt limited in my expression, I asked HUBPAGES to create a new category: "NOT TO ANY RELIGION BOUND RELIGIOUS PERSONS". THIS IS A POSITIVE INITIATIVE; IT IS NOT "AGAINST" ANYTHING!I JUST DONT WANT MY HUBS AND COMMENTS TO BE CATEGORIZED IN A PLACE WHERE THEY DONT...

The supposed scientific justification behind humanism has been proven invalid and its promises vain. Nevertheless, humanists have not abandoned their philosophy, but rather, in fact, have tried to spread it throughout the world through methods of mass propaganda. Especially in the post-war period...
