If our natural state of being Joy, what does it feel like?
I have been experiencing whole days of feeling Joy. I am just curious to know what it feels like for other people out there, if they've experienced the same elation before, and what they were thinking when they were in this excellent state.
For me, joy seems to be a bubbling sense of peace that radiates from my heart chakra outward. It is there all the time and gets stronger the more I focus on it. It invigorates my entire body. I feel like doing things again. I have recently walked through a major bout of despair to get to this point.
