    Not sure about Islamic dreams, but dreams are materialized in your sleep from random brain patterns from stuff that has already happened and active memory cells that were fired up in your head for an extended period of time. Say you've been thinking about ice cream all day, chances you're going to dream about something cold, or something sweet or even the act of getting ice cream itself! Trust me, try it!
