I would probably do exactly the same thing that God is doing with mankind right now.
Remember, if God is perfect, then he can't make any mistakes. When he considered the infinite possibilities of laying out the universe and how history would unfold, he didn't decided to take the second or third best choice. The way things are now is exactly the way they should be (from God's perspective) even though we may not think so. Given enough time, it seems likely that we'll understand that everything that happens (even evil) has happened with a purpose in mind.
I would wipe out every last one of the pieces of human garbage!!
