No. They are just artwork and self expression. I doubt God cares much about a little jewelry and some ink.

I think Sin is the only thing abominable to God, but I am sure the attributes of sin such as what you have mentioned are the same in His sight being he hates sin and its attributes.
@nightwork4: No, I'm not kidding. Personally, I have 4 tattoos and a few body piercings. This question came to mind when I was having a conversation with my husband about the way evil/satan is portrayed in "end of the world" or "Biblical" documentaries. They usually show a large man, with long hair and facial piercings as representation of evil.
So, I assumed, someone must think its evil. I asked the question to provoke discussion.

I don't think that they are. But I think when a church is starting to sell personal things such as trainings, videos, and CD's that have nothing to do with the church are abominations!
