    Do you believe in ghosts?

I am in no way enforcing the belief in ghosts or anything like that, I just would like to say that I have had some very explainable events happen in my life to make me believe that something paranormal (even evil) is out there. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do you believe in ghosts? Have you ever had a paranormal experience before? I'd lover to hear some stories! smile

Did you mean unexplainable Shawnte, cause if so I know what you mean. Seeing is believing isn't it. Or perhaps experiencing something beyond the normal is a better way to put it. What exactly is a ghost? Maybe it's best to stop theorizing  and accept the existence of the phenomena and conclude it is extremely multifaceted. Shawnte, I've written on the site here about some of my encounters with presently unknowns that may get you some new perspectives on how others experience the paranormal. If you do read any please comment with your feelings, there will be many interested in what you have to say.smile

Sorry, meant unexplainable. I am very confident that there is something else out there besides what we know.

It's okay to be skeptical. I was very skeptical until I had a few experiences of my own.

Well, we had grown in a village. My answer will be "YES" because I have many experiences that I couldn't believe. The ones who don't believe, I think you don't have any experiences about this. If you have one of my experiences, you will think for a day about that. If twice, surely you will believe. But I agree with a phrase "There are no ghosts for the people who haven't seen ghosts". But for me, even in my family, I had a experience. If you are me, oh you will be very scared. That is my mother. One day, After she pray, she fall down sleep and I sleep with her. Just after 5 minutes, she starting to cry. I asked why but she didn't reply. Everybody think that I was telling something to my mother but I didn't tell anythings, just sleep near her.
She cried cried cried and later shout!!!!!!! Nobody can ask. We need to send to ghost doctor. After that, she said that she just fall in sleep. She doesn't know that she cried.
Happen before this was my mother fall down on road in a place, nearly died. Later some of the villager said there are many people who died here. I think the reason was here.
I don't know will you agree or not. But that is real.
That's why I agree in ghosts.

Really scary story that happened to your mother after she prayed. I am a strong believer in the unknown, I have heard of several incidents similar to the one your mom had.

I absolutely believe in ghosts! In fact, its so weird you asked this because I had an experience last night I was going to write about today.
Last night while sitting on my couch, reading on my e-reader I heard a girl yawning. The house was dead quiet except for the clock on the wall ticking away, when heard a faint yawning sound and shuffling of feet. I ignored it at first, thinking it was my 3 yr old daughter who snuck downstairs. She was yawning so I hoped she would just go back upstairs on her own. After a few minutes of dead silence again, I heard another yawn. It sounded different from the first, but definately a yawn. So I started calling her, "Bella, go back to bed". I heard nothing, which I usually hear her moving around, trying to run back upstairs before being caught, but I heard silence. So, I put my e-reader down and walked through the house to find nothing, upon checking upstairs my daughter was fast asleep in her bed. I thought I was losing my mind, but I know what I heard. After returning back down stairs to finish my book, I found a droplet of water, that looked like a tear, on my e-reader. I stared at it, baffled. Thats when I knew, I had some sort of experience of the paranormal nature.
Its not the freakiest thing thats every happened to me, and it may not sound like much, but it defintly spooked me!

I believe this. It's not a very scary experience, but it is an experience nonetheless. Having a paranormal experience is nothing like the Hollywood movies. It's way different.
