Is the view on Religion eventually dwindling in the modern world?
In the UK it feels Religion in general is not taken as seriously as it may have been 50 years ago. Nobody I know goes to church and as a 24 year old my opinion of people going to church on a Sunday are either old or dare I say it.. dull?
So I feel in another 50 years the view on people who follow a faith will be regarded as a minority within modern societies.
Agreed. And this is not only happennig in the UK, but also in other European countries and elsewhere. Something really did break down in the sixties... with consumerism. But if, for some reasons, our prosperity collapses, we might very well start to see again people on their knees, begging to the sky...
